Corporate Event Planning
in Kelowna and the Okanagan
Be present in the room. We’ll lead what happens behind it.
Ankor Strategies is based in Kelowna. We partner with Okanagan corporations and nonprofits whose signature events have outgrown their internal team. We work as an extension of that team, from the first strategy conversation through on-site leadership and the debrief after.

How we support Okanagan events
Why a Local Team
The Okanagan is one of Canada’s premier destinations for events, retreats, conferences and golf tournaments. Lakefront venues, wineries and golf courses sit within a short drive of each other, with direct flights into Kelowna and four seasons to work with. In 2025, Kelowna was named Canada’s first UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, and local food and wine are some of the best tools we have for guest experience.
Making the most of it takes local knowledge. We know which venues suit which events, which vendors deliver, and how to plan around peak season, summer heat and wildfire smoke. We’re close by for every site visit, vendor meeting and walkthrough.
