Chantelle Froats
Chantelle Froats is based in Kelowna, BC and is an experienced operator and strategist with over 20 years of experience across service-based industries, including hospitality, event management, corporate operations, senior leadership, business development, location expansion, and the non-profit sector.
Her journey began in hospitality, learning the fundamentals of guest experience and operational excellence. From there, she moved into event management within the non-profit sector, where she saw firsthand the power of community and purpose-driven work, and what it takes to create experiences that truly matter.
Over the years, Chantelle has had the privilege of working across industries and alongside high-performing teams, honing operational efficiencies, building systems, and supporting organizations as they grow and scale. Her event experience spans exclusive product launches and tech events, national franchise openings, and the planning and execution of local and international business retreats and conferences.
Her background includes leading complex logistics, managing interdepartmental teams, and navigating high-stakes environments where execution and trust are critical. She is known for overseeing the behind-the-scenes details that most people never see, but absolutely feel when they’re done right.
This breadth of experience informs Chantelle’s practical, steady approach, balancing strategic oversight with rigorous follow-through. She works with leaders seeking a trusted operational partner to bring clarity, discretion, and confidence to complex initiatives.
Brittany Jones
Brittany Jones is based in the Okanagan, BC and brings over a decade of experience in customer service and front-line operations across service-based environments. Her background is rooted in customer service, developing a strong understanding of first impressions, client care, and the importance of ensuring everyone she interacts with leaves feeling supported, welcomed, and well cared for.
Throughout her career, Brittany has consistently served as a trusted point of contact, combining organization, attentiveness, and a systems-oriented mindset to support both clients and internal teams. She is known for creating and maintaining practical tools and templates, staying highly organized, and tracking details with care and accountability.
Brittany is experienced with a range of software platforms and back-end systems, and she plays a key role in executing the operational steps required to bring clients’ visions to life. Her attention to detail and follow-through ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
Originally from a small town in Alberta, Brittany has called the Okanagan home since 2020. She has also volunteered in support of community events and non-profit organizations, including Alberta Fish and Game and the Boys and Girls Club.
